My great-uncle wrote the summer classic, ‘On the Way to Cape May.’ If you are from Jersey or the Philadelphia area, you are probably familiar with the song. This is my little doodle of that ditty, inspired by my dad’s account of his family trips to the shore. I took some liberties with the make/model of the Country Squire, but the rest is based on facts from my dad’s stories.

This is a love letter to one of my favorite places: The Strand 5 movie theater. I worked there for over 7 years, made so many friends, and loved being a part of that incredible theater's history.
