It may be cold outside, but tis the season for soft lights and warm thoughts.

That morning, the lake was still. The wind hadn't yet picked up.

Do you prefer skating indoors or outdoors? I find it easier to skate indoors where it's not quite as cold!

Shortly after the thunder storm stopped, we got back on the road and I snapped this picture. (I'm in the passenger seat! I would never, ever use my phone and drive!)
