The design tells a little story; The little nut is saying to the guy "you're nuts", but not in a joking way and showing disrespect to the guy. However the guy can see that the little nut is actually a true nut and very little and so everything the little nut says to him is meaningless. The little nut lays in the palm of the guys hand further showing that the guy has more superiority over the little nut. Last of all, even though the little nut thinks the guy is nuts, the little nut doesn't see that the guy is actually courageous, intelligent, tenacious, hard working and because of these attributes, very successful, and the little nut fails to see the pile of money held right in front of his nose. The little nut doesn't know the guy at all!
