The lake District - A place of pure natural beauty and certainly one of my own favourite places to visit in the UK hence where the inspiration came from in creating this art piece. This version has been made into a fish eye lens perspective for a different character. For those who don't know, the Lake District is a very popular national park to visit amongst walkers, hikers, climbers, campers and many other outdoor sports enthusiasts and the views are some of the best on the planet.

Negativity seems to come naturally first to a lot of us and so we have to consciously fight it off. If we are not aware of this negative thinking, we are easily led down the path towards self destructive low mood states such as depression and with that comes the anxiety.

Keep it technical - show off your technically or mechanically minded ability or your aspirations to be technically or mechanically minded with this design.

I am always striving to keep mindful of the positive. What I mean is, Im always looking at something or someone in a positive way and reframing situations when they need to be reframed to push away the negativity. Negativity simply holds people back and stops them achieving their goals in life so I now change my negative thoughts into positive thoughts in some way or another to keep me motivated amongst other things.

Just imagine if everyone wanted to know how you are. Well why not believe it? Its probably true. Some of us may not realise that we have an excellent support system in the form of family and friends that only want to make sure we are ok. How would you feel to be able to throw some positivity their way without even saying word, now you can through this new design I have created for you :).

Lets connect, lets communicate. Sometimes its hard to communicate with others and a lot of the time this is down to our wrong perceptions. Some are too quick to believe a person is being negative in their communication towards them when the person may just find it difficult to communicate effectively such as some of those on the autism spectrum. I have chosen the colours in this design for the following reasons (please note, this is only one interpretation/key/code that Im using). Regardless of the colours used, the following is what I wanted to portray in my art work.. Yellow - Optimism Orange - Friendly Blue - Trust Green - Peaceful

Too many people these days say "I can't" and I found myself doing the same. So instead I ask myself 'how?'....with belief! By asking 'how?' with optimism, it sets me up or at least provides me with a better chance for a successful outcome no matter what it is I'm aiming for.

Peoples perceptions can be wrong many times over. Have you ever thought somebody meant something but they actually meant the opposite? Everyday you have a battle of your own, and its with your own mind. It's so easy for the mind to switch to negative thinking and to stay there but you have to stay strong and replace them with positive thoughts.

I believe that there is good fear and then there is bad fear. The good fear serves a purpose in life, it protects you and prevents you from making mistakes. The bad fear is fear that is unreasonable brought around by unreasonable negative thoughts in the mind and maybe to the point of paranoia. Learn what is good fear and learn what is bad fear for then fear will not stand in the way of your success.

Its amazing to one day learn that anxiety is only fear. Do not be ashamed of your fears, they are only a learnt response and they can be overcome by facing them.

You want to propose but in a surprising way right? Well nothing is going to be more of a surprise when he/she realises you are wearing the question in coded format. It will certainly be a unique way of proposing that is for sure.

Being progressive in life is one of the most important things anyone can achieve to prevent depression and anxiety. Are you succeeding?.... show them!

Having confidence is the ability to believe in yourself and something if not everything you do. Confidence can be created from being good at something, you are not being arrogant or any other derogatory term someone may label you as!

A lot of people make all kinds of excuses to not do something that could include doing something good in their lives that could take them and their loved ones to places they have never been before. One of the popular excuses is not have the correct tool for the job. Well think of using something else instead, do not say "I can't do", think "how can I do it"!

So you or your girl friend have/has just found out that you're/your girlfriend is pregnant. Well why not have a little bit of fun with a surprise announcement with this novelty design where the sentence 'I am pregnant' is only spelt out in code. See who pays attention, but I bet most just think its a wacky design you have on your apparel or merchandise lol. ;)

For all those who love singing out there here's a design for you. The design features a dynamic mic with rays of light burst out from the head of it entitled vocalist.

With many things in life you have to take or grab the bull by the horns ie. Go in with/ give it all you've got. Show tenacity and determination with such positivity no matter how hard the fight and be determined to succeed no matter how difficult.

This design features a horned bull in the foreground of a round red disk that resembles the sun. The colour red is usually used to entice the bull to charge.
