I survived the Pickering Nuclear Scare.

I was a tree planter in British Columbia for many years, I planted probably close to a million trees over the course of 5 years. Theres really nothing like camping out in the wilderness and breathing in that fresh air every morning. Waking up and opening my tent to a river or lake or a beautiful old forest. Priceless moments I wouldn't trade for the world. If you're reading this and are thinking about doing something interesting and exciting for a summer job, I highly recommend going to BC, Canada to plant trees. Its a crazy job and you can make really good money. You'll get to travel all over BC and go to places you would never of gone otherwise.

One time I was tree planting in British Columbia, Canada back in 2015 and I was camping out in the wilderness. 100s of kms away from civilization. And I got woken up in the middle of the night because I heard what sounded like a bear sniffing around my tent. I freaked out and grabbed my knife and was literally standing up in my tent preparing myself to be mauled by a bear. Adrenaline pumping it was insane. Anyway, the bear moved on and I was able to get back to sleep. The next morning at breakfast I told the story and my buddy jeff experienced the exact same thing and he said that he was also standing up in his tent with his machete preparing for a bear attack lmao.. oh good times.

*Disclaimer this is a true story* A close friend of mine was travelling in India a few years ago. And she was travelling on a bus at night. During the ride the bus stopped on the side of a mountain so travellers could go to the washroom. When Lauren stepped out to use the washroom it was very dark and she couldn't see very well and walked right off the side of the mountain. She nearly died and it was an absolute nightmare for everyone close to Lauren. So the moral of this story is to be careful when travelling. Travelling the world is one of the most beautiful and amazing things you can do but also one of the most dangerous things you can do. So please be careful. Remember when camping to always put out your camp fires completely. The number one reason forest fires occur are due to human errors such as not putting out your campfire completely.

When you go hiking always remember to bring teepee. Or else you'll be wiping with leaves.. which isn't terrible but unless you're an expert on wild plants its very possible you will wipe with something poisonous.

sometimes you just need a little weekend getaway.

If you own a cabin I would say you're winning at life.

Coffee is so delicious and amazing but if you have it too late at night you stay up till 5am because you can't sleep and you decide to make some art about coffees and post it on TeePublic..

Once upon a time there were some travellers who decided to park by the ocean and go for a little surf. The waves were treacherous that day but the surfers didn't care, they treated it like a challenge. Later the travellers were swallowed by the ocean. Van Life.

Surf Dude: "Hey guys cool if I park by this volcano that appears to be off gasing and we set up camp?" Surf Bro: "Shaka Brah" Surfer Fella: "I hope that mountain doesn't erupt and we all get blasted into oblivion.." Surfer Girl: "Shut up nerd" In the end the gang of 4 surfers stayed the night under the volcano and in fact the mountain did erupt and everyone died mercilessly and painfully. The end. :)

There is no other pastry thats goes together with coffee quite like donuts. It was a match made in heaven. Parallels with top iconic duos like PB & J, ketchup & mustard, salt & peppa, and Frodo & Sam
