I was kneeling on the side of New York State's Route 97 waiting for the stretch of road to be empty. Around a bend I see a bit of shiny red coming into focus. Like a mirage this 1958 Chevy Pickup comes into my view finder.I snapped away until she had passed me. 3 states and 2 hours later I see the rear of an old red pick up at a gas pump. "Were you driving on 97 2 hours ago?" and the response was, "Was that you kneeling on the ground taking photos?" Connection made!

My recent photo of FDNY EMTs and the NYPD station at Times Square and a sign that reads Who will be ready for it. Another empty street during the pandemic. Be Safe!
