This is part of the Albert Memorial in London, which shows four parts of the world with different imagery. This is supposed to represent the Americas. What was most striking to me was the buffalo (and my mom loves buffalos; she was traveling with me at the time). So this one's for my mom, ultimately.

Hands down, I believe The Algarve in southern Portugal is one of the most beautiful places on earth. I was blown away when I first saw this sight in Lagos. I cannot wait to go back (hopefully soon!).

Another spring sight from my commute!

I spent about 10 years working in the Soho area and I do miss it dearly. To me, it encapsulates what the city feels like: bustling, grimy, eclectic, and vibrant.

When we traveled to Mexico City, it was important to visit the Basilica of Our Lady of Guadalupe for my husband and his family. They often pray to her and it was extremely special to go there ourselves. Any proceeds generated from these products will be donated to charity.

We visited Florence during the spring and stayed right by the Duomo. Every time we passed it, whether it was morning, afternoon, or evening, it changed and we were enchanted.

I'm usually on the other side of this bridge, but--this summer day--I explored DUMBO in Brooklyn. And, you can't go to DUMBO without enjoying this particular view.

I was on my way home one night and caught this colorful NYC view on my way home. It helps to catch such a landmark in the background.

In 2020, my husband and I made an effort to get out to the beach and enjoy safe outdoor time (during the pandemic). Coney Island turned out to be a great spot for all these things, and I'm super thankful we spent time out there. (That's my husband in the center of this pic.)

Going to Portugal was eye-opening for us. The country is beautiful and the people are lovely. This scene is from The Algarve, the gorgeous southern part of the country. Can't wait to go back.
