I wanted to approach this in a more child-like way since I feel like it connects me a little closer to the scared inner child I have. And if it helps someone else along the way, even better!
Take a page from our slimy, shelled friends:
It's okay to move through life slowly. It's okay to move at a snail's pace. It's okay to be a "late bloomer". It's okay to just now find your way. It's okay if you haven't found your way at all! Take the time you need to get where you want to be. After all, it's your life and nobody has experienced your life but you. You'll get there regardless of how slow you move! Progress is still progress!

I wanted to experiment with the lighting and color theory for this one! Lance and Rue are my second favorite couple for a reason. While they often fight, they still love each other and do their best to try to make it work, despite their differences. I wanted to really push that warm, fuzzy feeling they get when they're actually getting along.
For a long time, I've had a recurring, monthly dream of a black wolf(named Phantom) with red eyes chasing me into a corner. Just as the wolf is about to pounce, I'm saved by a glowing white wolf(named Wolfie) with glowing yellow and blue eyes. I never really know who wins in the end, as the wolves collide, that's when I wake up. There's only one difference since this dream had begun to haunt me. When my dog, Buddy, passed away, he began to step in to assist the white wolf in protecting me. I've never understood why I've always had this dream. I've always thought that maybe it was the stress I was constantly living with when it began. But, then, things started calming down and they still appeared in my dreams.

As a child, I had a toy box that I often pretended to put feelings and memories in and my therapist wanted to channel in on that, so here's an illustration based on that.
First time drawing from life with digital. He moved before I could finish it unfortunately.
And yes! His name is really Shadow. We named him that because he always follows us around like a shadow.
Due to a request, I've decided to put this on here. If anybody wants to see anything else that is on my deviantArt or Facebook they'd like to see here, feel free to contact me and I will do what I can!
The prompt for this illustration came from Jazza's Arty Games!

The textless version of The Wolf's Fate's upcoming chapter in preparation of this good boi being introduced.
This is actually a lowkey redraw of Riffle's original illustration. You can find that here: https://www.deviantart.com/vampiresessh/art/Riffle-2010-848260175

Now extinct, the American Cheetah was once a deadly predator the Great Plains of America. Unlike its modern-day counterpart, the African Cheetah, this cheetah was more like a cougar in structure, however, it is thought to have been faster.
Matt is a super old dragon character I came up with in middle school that I haven't touched in forever. Honestly, I'm thinking about trying to pick up his story again. Would you guys like to see more of this guy?
Here's his original design's headshot I did in 2016, prior to Ringling: fav.me/d9y8orc
