I lived in a small town by Stuttgart/Germany for a few years. The landscape around there is very beautiful. This painting shows the Hohenlohe Open Air Museum in Schwaebisch Hall-Wackersdorf. It is painted with Da Vinci Watercolor tubes on Arches cold pressed paper.

Hestercombe House, May 2021 Originally built in the 16th century, Hestercombe House (West Monkton, near Taunton, Somerset, England) is a historic, grade 2 listed, country house in the Quantock Hills. During the second world war, the house was used as the headquarters of the British 8th Corp, and later as an administrative centre for Somerset County Council, and an emergency call centre for the Somerset Fire Brigade. The house is surrounded by gardens laid out in the early 1900s by Gertrude Jekyll and Edwin Lutyens. Date: 27th May 2021.
