Colorful logo design of Boquete's annual Flower and Coffee Festival! Also known as La Feria de Las Flores y el Cafe. This festival draws thousands of international tourists every year with the beautiful flowers and delicious coffee.

This is my hand-drawn art of a sleeping kitten. I used a soft charcoal pencil and 6B graphite pencil. I normally focus on the details of a drawing, but this time I used a technique my friend showed me where you rub graphite all over the drawing and then "pick out" the light areas with a kneaded eraser. It takes half the time as a regular drawing and I think it created a softer look. This version was digitally edited to have a sepia undertone. Hope you like it!

This red legged honeycreeper came every day with his more subtle mate, to drink sugar water from the feeder. Every time I came outside, zip! He flew away. What a challenge! These beautiful birds are prolific in Panama but so shy.

This gorgeous little monkey worked like a model for me, turning and posing and shifting positions. He is a rescue being conditioned to go back into the wild.
