This eye catching pattern consists of a horizontal design of textured semi circles in varying sizes that have been hand painted with green ink wash, reminiscent of rows of mossy hills.

An experimental ink sketch of a great music icon. For this piece I sketched out the line work using ink and a bamboo stick to give it a scratchy line. I then soaked the piece in water and painted on ink to create tone but also letting it bleed naturally. Finally I used a white pen to add some highlights

Much of my work begins with either an original photograph or an original drawing. This image is part of a series I created starting with a coloured pencil drawing and then further manipulated using digital software. The final result makes the artwork look like an ink wash or water colour painting.
