This design features what life with a chronic illness is like in stick figure form. Flare days are common for people with chronic illnesses, where symptoms of their condition are at their worst.

What Life With A Chronic Illness Is Like: Ran Out Of Spoons is about Spoon Theory, a metaphor for how much energy (spoons) a person has available each day, and how spoonies have a limited number, forcing them to carefully plan each day to not run out of spoons.

Many illnesses and diseases are invisible yet still very physical. It’s hard for people to understand when they can’t see it. These different awareness ribbons will help to show support and raise awareness for these hidden conditions.

Sometimes when you have an invisible chronic illness, you have that incredible urge to say your feelings out loud! With these straight to the point phases, you can look awesome whilst also stating your inner thoughts and feelings for the whole world to see.
