Garden Tools Still Life Tapestries

This pencil drawing has been reproduced from a piece of graphite artwork that I created many years ago. I was moving house and sitting in the garden just perusing around and seeing all the things I'd planted and grown over the years, I saw the untidy mess under my workbench and thought I'd draw a picture to remind me of one of those little corners that I often took for granted, it's always there, it's always untidy, but you know where everything is and what it's for. I titled The original drawing "A Little Corner In The Garden" I think this still life drawing of my garden tools and plant pots makes a great original art and unique gift, perhaps fathers day, mothers day or a surprise for christmas for your gardening friends and family. But...

Part of my still life collection - I had to include hydrangea, one of my favorites, such a beautiful flower.

Watercolour done in Gwen's class, which I attend every Wednesday morning. This was done on a 1/4 sheet Arches 300 gsm Cold press watercolour paper. It was completed in about 2 hours, and was painted from life.
