The sea stack in Collywell Bay, Seaton Sluice, Northumberland is known locally as Charlie's Garden from the time when it was much bigger and the top was alive with vegetation. Seaton Sluice is a village in Northumberland, England and was once the centre of the salt trade in the area and the harbour was used to transport the salt by sea. The harbour is now only used for fishing boats and private small craft and is only navigable at high tide.
