What is the normal delivery time?
- Normal delivery time is 12 hours. It means the design will be delivered within 12 hours.
What is your Revision policy? How many revisions/modifications can I get?
- I can modify the designs till my client's satisfaction, So feel free to let me know if you need any kind of modifications.
What is the resolution and size of the design files you deliver?
- Resolution of designs: 300 Dpi Size of the Design files: 15' x 18' which equals to 4500x5400 Pixels (If you want a design in a custom size other than 4500x5400, Please mention it when placing an order, I will create a custom-sized design)
What are the source files? And why they are important?
- Source files are Main Photoshop files. These are layer-by-layer editable files, which means the design can be edited using these files. These are very important files because having these files proves that the design is 100% original.
What are the formats of the source files you provide?
- I can provide source files in Photoshop only.
