I decided to put my ideas and skills to the test and create some abstract art, with the help of Photoshop and online tutorials. Not too difficult to make and the nice thing about it is that you never know what you are going to get until the end. Thus it is always a surprise of what you intend of doing beforehand and what it ends up looking like. With some designs just when you think it is not going to work, it suddenly turns out to be just what the doctor ordered. I call these designs of mine the twister designs because of the twisting colour effects I use in this art. The T-Shirt market is highly competitive and one just never knows what works and what not, but I hope you like this abstract colourful new art of mine too. #pieterhb

Who has not seen or know about the ancient Chinese philosophy and its symbol, named the yin and yang, also known as the good and bad, dark and bright or positive and negative. It is contrary forces that may be complementary, interconnected and interdependent from each other in nature, while they also interrelate to each other. According to the Chinese cosmology, the universe creates itself from material energy in chaos, but at the same moment it’s organized into cycles of yin and yang that eventually formed into objects and lives. I added 12 sides around the yin-yang symbol (called a dodecagon) that symbolize the 12 Chinese zodiac signs. Hope you enjoy this design on a ball effect. #pieterhb

NASA which was established in 1958 was so nice as to allow their entire collection of images, sounds and video available to be publicly searchable online and to use it any way you like. You can literally spend days going through all the images alone and enjoy some of the most spectacular images of space you have ever seen in your life. Chess is a game that is played by millions of people worldwide. This game is believed to be derived from the Indian game chaturanga, sometime before the 7th century. The first generally recognized World Chess Champion, Wilhelm Steinitz, claimed his title in 1886. For me, it is the ultimate game on earth, with the amount of possible legal board positions worked out to be a factor of ten multiplied with itself, hundred and twenty times! I have created these colorful chess pieces to give some credit to a great game I love and respect a lot. Hope you enjoy it too.
